Lee picard art policies
Please read through Lee Picard's Policies before ordering work. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the terms below.
PAYMENT
Lee Picard accepts cash, personal check and PayPal.
For purchasing paintings, your order will be mailed with 3-5 business days.
For commission portraits, once payment is received and I have received an approved reference photo, I'll begin your piece. Your painting will be completed within 3 to 4 weeks of ordering.
SHIPPING
Local pick-up or delivery can be arranged. I can also ship to an address provided at by the client. Shipping costs are extra, as in NOT included in the work price.
USA Shipping: USPS First Class 2 - 5 business day.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Unfortunately, Lee Picard cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom work due to the many hours that go into creating them. Once the sketch is viewed, I'm happy to make edits to the image. Please note that any request for edits will influence the finishing date by at least 24 hours, generally longer. Please let me know if you need your portrait to arrive by a certain date which I will try to accommodate, but cannot guarantee.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
I retain all copyrights to illustrations, paintings, drawings and any work or images that I create and may use those works and the photos they're based on for any Lee Picard Art promotional and commercial purposes.
Your Lee Picard portrait is for personal use only, for example, hanging in your home, and may not be used for commercial purposes such as logos, websites, blog banners, or anything that generates a profit without express written permission.
